Overview

Tally One is a local iOS application. It does not collect, transmit, store remotely, or share any personal data. All data you create in the app — counters, counts, and history — is stored exclusively on your device. No account is required to use Tally One.

Data we collect

None. Tally One does not collect any personal data, usage data, analytics, telemetry, or crash reports. The app has no network connection and makes no outbound requests of any kind.

The following data is stored locally on your device only and never leaves it:

• Counter names and current counts
• Count history and log entries
• App preferences and settings

File access

Tally One does not access your files, photos, contacts, camera, microphone, or any other system resource beyond what is required to display widgets and lock screen actions. No file contents are read or modified.

In-app purchases

Tally One has no mandatory in-app purchases. The app is completely free with all features included. Optional Tips are processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We receive no personal information, payment information, or identifying data from this transaction. Apple's Privacy Policy governs the purchase process. You can review it at apple.com/legal/privacy.

Notifications

Tally One does not send any notifications. No notification permission is requested.

Third parties

Tally One does not integrate with any analytics services, advertising networks, tracking SDKs, or third-party data processors. No data is shared with any third party under any circumstances.

Data retention and deletion

All app data is stored locally on your iPhone. You can delete individual counters or entries at any time within the app. Uninstalling Tally One removes all associated data from your device. We hold no data on any server, so there is nothing to request deletion of remotely.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including the right to access, correct, and erase personal data held about you. Since Tally One stores all data locally on your device and holds no data on any server, these rights are exercised directly by managing or deleting entries within the app, or by uninstalling it.

Changes to this policy

If we ever update this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Since we collect no data, we do not anticipate material changes. Any future version of Tally One that changes data practices will notify users within the app.

1. License

Tally One is licensed to you, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use Tally One on any iOS device you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store usage rules.

Tally One is free and fully featured. All functionality is available without any purchase or subscription.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the app or your licence
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable law

3. No Purchases or Payments

Tally One is completely free and contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. No payment information is collected or processed through the app.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

Tally One is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of counts and any decisions made based on data recorded in the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Tally One, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Intellectual Property

Tally One, its name, icon, and all related materials are the intellectual property of the developer. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use the developer's trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of Tally One after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
